The only person that might still owe money to France, Germany, and Russia is Saddam Hussein. I say we take that $750,000 we found in the spider hole, and divide it up among France, Germany, and Russia proportionate to what he owed them. P.S. I have many GOOD friends in France, Germany, and Russia, and this situation does not reflect poorly on them in any way. I do hope they vote for change when the opportunity arrives, just as I plan to do in the near future.
