Does anyone know how to create a page that displays RSS feeds?

Your site already has an RSS feed. Just press the little RSS button in the top to see yours.

JoeUser.com creates RSS feeds for everything here for you.

But how do I actually implement it? I tried saving this file and then publishing it on my webserver, but it just shows up as XML code (as it does also when I click on the flashing RSS button). How do I make it show up as something actually readable? Sorry for being clueless and thanks for your help.
